本文的二个新种是樱桃双羽爪瘿螨Diptacus pseudocerasis sp.nov.和三角枫双羽爪瘿螨Diptacus aceris sp.nov.它们均营自由生活,分别寄生于樱桃Prunus pseudocerasus和三角枫Acer
The present paper deals with two new species of the genus. Diptacus from China. All measurements are in micra. Type specimens are deposited in Nanjing Agricultural University, Diptacus pseudocerasis sp. nov. (figs. 1-5)This new species is allied to Dipiacus gigantorhynchus (Nal.), but anterior shield lobe absent, leg I with 28 long tibia setae, tergites with round tubercles, coxae and female genitalia being smooth.Host plant: Prunus pseudocerasus.Holotype ♀, allotype ♂, paratypes 6 ♀♀, Shengnongjia forest area (31°42’N, 110°36’E), Hubei Province, Ⅶ. 20. 1986 collected by Hong Xiao-yue.Diptacus aceris sp. nov. (figs. 6-11)This new species is similar to Diptacus linquidambaris Kuang et Feng, but its shield with fluctuate admedian line, thanosome with 42 smooth tergites and 78-82 round microtuberculate sternites, coverflap with 20-24 longitudinal ribs and knobbed tip of claw being obvious.Host plant: Acer buergerianum.Holotype ♀, allotype ♂, paratype 1 ♀. Yixin County (31°18’N, 119°48’E), Jiangsu Province, Ⅶ. 21. 1985 collected by Kuang Hai-yuan and Hong Xiao-yue.
