摘要
以话缆生产线收缆单元速度跟踪控制系统为应用对象,提出适合非线性时变系统的模糊控制算法,但在系统运行极限情况下,控制精度和响应速度都不够理想。为此,进一步提出,Fuzzy-PI(或PID)控制算法和改进控制分区策略的模糊控制算法。具体如何选择则由被控对象特点决定。
With the application of speed tracking control system of cable collecting unit on phone cable production line as the object, a fuzzy control algorithm adapted to non-linear time varying system is stated. But under limit operation condition of the system, either accuracy or response of the control is not ideal. Thus the FUZZY-PI (or PID) control algorithm and the fuzzy control algorithm with improved sectional control strategy are presented. The selection of the control algorithms shall be decided by features of the controlled objects.
