摘要
作者在广东省梅县市发现四个吸虫新种:1.鼠丽色吸虫,新种Reesella ratta sp. nov., 2.后囊蛙蠕吸虫,新种Batrachotrema optstosacca sp. nov., 3.梅县后平睾吸虫,新种Opisthioparorchis meixianensis sp. nov., 4.大卵后平睾吸虫,新种Opisthioparorchis megaloonos sp. nov.,它们分别归隶于蹲茎科Cathaemasiidae及蛙蠕科Bstrachotrematidae。模式标本保存于中山医科大学寄生虫学研究所。
This paper reports four new digenetic trematodes obtained from rats and frogs in Guangdong Province. These four new species belong to families Cathaemasiidae and Batrachotrema-tidae and all the type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Parasitology, Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences.1. Reesella ratta sp. nov. (fig. 1).Host Rattus norvegicus Carco (Pallas).Location Intestine.Locality Meixian, (24°30’N, 117°E), Guangdong, China.The new species may be distinguished from other known species by the following features:(1) The size of oral sucker is equal to ventral sucker.(2) The measurements of body, suckers, testes, ovary and eggs; the situation of the vitel-laria and cirrus pouch.(3) The final host is mammal2. Location Intestine.Locality Changsha District, Meixian, (24°30’N, 117°E), Guangdong, China.O. meixianensis sp. nov. differs from other known species of the genus in:(1) The oral sucker and ventral sucker are larger than the testes.(2) The pharynx is larger but ovary and ova are smaller.4. Opisthioparorchis megaloonos sp. nov. (fig. 4)Host Rana spinosa David.Location Intestine.Locality Changsha District, Meixian, (24°30’N, 117°E), Guangdong, China.The characteristics of O. megaloonos may be easily distinguished from the genus by its large-eggs, 49-61×25-30 (55×27) μm, but fewer in number (26); uterus very short and the measurements of its body, suckers and genital organs are smaller.
