摘要
建设节约型社会是我国基本国情的需要,这对于缓解资源的瓶颈制约,解决全面建设小康社会的资源约束,保障经济平稳较快发展具有重要意义。充分利用价格杠杆来促进全社会节水、节电,对推动节约型社会建设具有重要作用。
Building a resource-conserving society is the requirement of China＇s national conditions. It is of great significance to relieving resource bottleneck, overcoming resource restraint in building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects, and safeguarding fast yet steady economic development. We should use price leverage to promote all the society to save water and electricity, thus fostering the building of a resource-conserving society.
