滚动体素线形状对圆柱滚子轴承应力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 用有限元法对某型号冶金轴承进行优化设计,找出不同素线滚子的最优凸度量。通过对最优结果的对比和分析,研究滚动体素线的形状对轴承应力分布规律和最大应力的影响,为滚动轴承优化设计提供了参考。 A type of metallurgy bearing is analyzed with Finite Element Method and the profde of rollers is optimized, the best crowning tolerance of rollers with different generatrixes is found. From the comparison of the results, it is found that the stress distribution and maximum stress in the bearings are affected a lot by the profile of rollers.
