摘要
介绍了生态安全的基本概念,分析了秦皇岛市森林退化、水土流失、海岸侵蚀、湿地丧失和生物多样性退化以及淡水资源缺乏等生态安全问题产生的原因和现状,阐述了秦皇岛市生态安全研究的重要性,提出了生态恢复和重建的对策和建议,为维护秦皇岛市的生态安全,实现可持续发展提供了科学依据。
The concept of the ecological security was described, and the importance of research of ecological security was also formulated. Based on the basic situation of Qinhuangdao, the existing problems were analyzed such as the serious water lose and soil erosion, destruction and abnormal structure of the forestry, coast erosion, fresh water shortage, wetland loss and regressive biodiversity. In order to improve the ecological security of Qinhuangdao and the economic sustainable development, some beneficial suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.
