微生物-水生生物强化系统模拟处理富营养化水体的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用模拟试验装置,对利用高效微生物菌剂促进填料快速挂膜,并和水生植物联合作用净化富营养化水体进行了研究。结果表明,复合微生物菌群表现出了良好的种群环境适应能力,高效微生物在局部水域形成微生物数量上的优势,也为在秋冬季低温水体中保持较高的去除效果提供了必要条件,并且固定化微生物扩散的高效微生物在下游水体的植物根区附着,可强化根际微生物的活性。实验模拟了暴雨后和正常状况下两种工况,该处理系统对目标污染物的去除效果分别为:工况1(暴雨后)进水TN、TP及CODCr值范围分别在11.6~16.4mg·L-1、1.75~1.95mg·L-1和34~48mg·L-1时,出水TN、TP及CODCr的去除率分别稳定在64%,69%和81%以上;工况(2正常状况),TN进水2.3~4.2mg·L-1,平均去除率52%;TP进水0.9~1.4mg·L-1,去除率稳定在55.4%;CODCr的去除率也在78%以上。试验结果表明,微生物-水生生物强化系统治理水体富营养化效果明显,但其在前置中的稳定运行,有待于进一步验证。 In order to accelerate the attached bath process and cooperate with aquatic plants to purify eutrophication water, it is recommended to apply highly effective microorganisms. They are capable of adapting themselves to the circumstances. The effective microorganisms have an advantage in amount in some areas. This paves the way for the efficiency of maintaining effectiveness when the temperature is low such as in autumn and winter. Evidence shows that the intergrowth of bacteria and hydrophyte in the low reach of water body has an important effect on activating the microorganisms to purify the water. The effectiveness of the system is tested by simulating the rainstorm state and the regular state. In the rainstorm state, when the inflow TN, TP and CODcr are 11.6-16.4 mg·L^-1, 1.75-1.95 mg·L^-1 and 34-48 mg·L^-1, their re- moval rates in outflow reach 64%, 69% and 81%, respectively. In the regular state, the average removal rate of TN is up to 52% when the inflow TN is 2.3-4.2 mg·L^-1; the removal rate of TP is 55.4% at 0.9-.4 mg·L^-1 of the inflow TP; and the removal rate of CODcr is above 78%. The results indicate that the disposal of eutrophication water by microorganisms-aquatic plant system is highly efficient, but the practical ap- plication in pre-dem would be tested further.
