摘要
用荧光猝灭法研究了席夫碱HNHND测定锰(Ⅶ)的方法及条件。在pH=5.4的邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲体系中,锰(Ⅶ)浓度在5.00—100.00ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.40ng/mL。该试剂的激发波长为357nm,发射波长为420nm。方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单快捷,可用于茶叶中可溶性锰的测定。
Method and condition for determination of trace manganese (Ⅶ) by using fluorescence quenching method with HNHND reagent have been studied. The linear range was 5.00 - 100.0ng/mL, and the minimum detection limit was 0.40ng/mL. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of the soluble manganese (Ⅶ) in green tea.
