摘要
研究了用配有ECD检测器的气相色谱仪测定水和土壤中乙氧氟草醚的方法。水样用石油醚提取;土样用石油醚/丙酮提取,用浓硫酸磷化法净化后测定。方法的最低检出浓度水中为1μg/L,土壤中为2μg/kg。当乙氧氟草醚加标浓度在5~500μg/L范围内时,在水和土壤中的平均回收率为95.7%~102.0%,变异系数为3.40%~6.85%。
Method for determination of oxyfluorfen residues in water and soil has been studied. Residue in water was extracted with petroleum ether; and soil sample with petroleum ether/acetone, and then purified by sulfonation with sulfuric acid. Determination was performed by electron capture gas chromatography. Detection limits were 1μg/L for water and 2μg/kg for soil. The average recovery rates of water and soil samples purified with oxyfluorfen at 5-500μg/L and 95.7%-102.0%, and the variation coefficients were 3.40%-6.85%.
