摘要
1984年至1986年间作者在云南省南部地区考察,获得陆生贝类标本一批,经鉴定发现一新种,即金平坚螺Camaena jinpingensis、隶于肺螺亚纲、柄眼目、坚螺科、坚螺属。本文对其新种形态特征,栖息环境进行了描述,并对其相近似种也进行了讨论。
The paper deals with a new species of the Camaenidae collected from Yunnan Province. Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.Camaena jinpingensis, sp. nov. (figs. 1-3)Holotype (YN866005) Alt. 40.3 mm. diam. 67.8 mm., aperture alt. 38.7 mm., diam. 36.5 mm., collected from Jinping County, (23°50’N, 103°15’E) on 8 June 1986.Paratypes 8 specimens, Alt. 18.4-31.2 mm., diam. 34.8-53mm., aperture alt. 16-23.6 mm., diam. 19-33.4 mm., collected with holotype.Shell big, thin, chestnut brown or yellowish-brown in colour. Whorls 5-51/2. the last one inflated, with a clear ridge and a reddish brown band at its periphery. Apex blunt, suture shallow. Aperture ovate-subquadrate. The peristome expanded and reflexed, thin, columellar margin dilated and reflected over the umbilicus, inner lip not oblique, outer lip like form. Jaw arcuated, brown, with 14 ribs. Radula with 1 central tooth, 13 lateral and 22 external marginal teeth.This new species differs from Camaena hainaensis, (H. Adams, 1870) in the larger size, without chestnut brown and black-brown bands in the shell surface, not umbilicus, with a clear ridge and a reddish brown band at periphery of body whorl.
