摘要
技术创新是不同主体和机构间复杂的相互作用的过程和结果。从系统科学视角看,技术创新正呈现出两个层面的变化:一是系统要素多样性与差异性明显增加;二是要素间的相互作用非线性化,以至产生复杂性、动态性、突现性等复杂系统的特征。本文以复杂科学理论分析技术创新系统的复杂性,并以“广西玉林制药有限公司”为例进行实证分析。
Ideas of technology innovation emerge from interaction among actors in technology innovation system （TIS）. According to the system theory, TIS is evolving in two ways. One of them is that actors are more in quantity and more different in character and the other is the interaction among actors becomes non-linear. So TIS has complexity, dynamicity and emergence existed only in complex system. Based on the theory of complex system, the paper analysis the complexity in TIS with a case of Guangxi ruling Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.
