三维适形放射治疗肝癌18例疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 评价三维适形放疗(3DCRT)对肝癌的近期疗效。方法 对18例不能手术的肝癌患者采用3DCRT并观察疗效,原发性肝癌14例,转移性肝癌4例。病灶直径2.5—13cm,放射治疗剂量分割方式2-4GH次。放射治疗总剂量45—60Gy。结果 近期局部有效率为88.9%,无严重放射性肝损伤发生。结论三维适形放射治疗是肝癌的一种近期有效的非手术治疗方法。
