摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病足的临床特点及预防措施。方法 对53例糖尿病足患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果 53例患者经综合治疗后有15例痊愈，23例好转，15例无效（其中9例截肢／趾、1例死亡）。0．3级糖尿病足总有效率为87％，4～5级无一例治愈。结论 糖尿病足应早期发现、早期综合治疗。
Objective To discuss the clinical characters and preventive means of diabetic foot. Method The clinical data of 53 patients with diabetic foot were admitted to the department of endocriology was analyzed retrospectively. Results After complex treatment, 15 patients had fully recovered,23 patients improved, 15 patients had no effect（ of them ,9 patients had the limbs or toes amputated ,one patient was dead）. The total effective rate of 0 to 3 grade of diabetic foot was 87% ,but none who had 4 to 5 grade of diabetic foot. Conclusions Early detection and complex treatment is important to patients with diabetic foot.
