摘要
目的观察类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者肺功能的变化及中药新风胶囊对其的影响。方法检测80例类风湿关节炎患者和14名健康对照者的肺功能,并将其中40例RA患者按随机数字表分为新风胶囊实验组和正清风痛宁对照组,观察RA患者肺功能及两组治疗前后肺功能的变化。结果类风湿关节炎患者IC、MVV、FVC、FEV1、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75和PEF均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后,实验组IC、MVV、FEF25、FEF50、PEF均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组MVV、FVC明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。实验组治疗后FEF25、FEF50、FEF75、PEF的均值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论RA患者的肺功能多个参数显著降低,以通气功能障碍为主,并伴小气道阻塞和肺容积减少。中药新风胶囊通过调节免疫,降低炎症活动性指标改善RA患者肺功能。
Objective To observe the changes of pulmonary function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and the influence of XinFeng Capsule on these changes. Methods To determine pulmonary function in 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and be compared with normal control group. 40 cases among the patients with RA were divided into two groups according to random number table. The experiment group was treated with XFC and the control group was treated with Zheng qing feng tong ning tablet . The patients＇ pulmonary function were observed. Results IC, MVV, FVC, FEV1, FEF25, FEFSO, FEF75, PEF of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were lower than those of normal control group（ P 〈0. 05orP 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, IC, MVV, FEF25, FEFSO, PEF of treatment group were increased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05orP 〈 0. 01 ） and MVV, FVC of control group were increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05orP 〈0. 01 ）. And the level ofFEF25, FEFSO, FEF75, PEF of treatment group was higher than control group （P 〈 0. 05orP 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Many pulmonary function parameters were significantly decreased in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The most characteristic pulmonary function change was the decrease of ventilation capacity. And small airway ＇ s obstuction and decrease of lung capacity can also be found. Xinfeng Capsule can improve joint symptoms entirely and decrease inflammation activity index through resisting inflammation, eliminatinging swelling, relieving pain and regulating immune. In the meantime,it can also improve pulmonary function.
