摘要
苏霍姆林斯基认为“后进生”形成的原因有家庭环境、学生个体和教师等方面的因素,转化“后进生”应培养其观察力,让学生多参与活动、多阅读、体验积极的情感、慎用评价和慎重评分。“后进生”潜能开发思想给我们的启示:应在活动中捕捉和发现“后进生”的“闪光点”,倡导和实践“尊重”的教育,将差异作为资源开发出来,培养学生良好的非智力因素。
Suhomulinski believed that there were such reasons as family condition, students tnemselves and teachers that made "later-improving students". To change their condition, we should cultivate their observation, make them attend more activities, do more readings, experience active feelings, and be cautious in using comment and grade. The inspiration of his thought is that: we should find their "bright side" in their activities, advocate and practise "respect" education, open up the difference as a resource, and euhivate the students' ecomplication out of intellect.
