新建地方本科院校在科学定位上应以“本”为本,坚持培养人才,培养高级应用型专门人才的基本目标;坚持本科教育和专业教育的主要地位;坚持传统优势学科的主导地位;确立服务地方的基本服务宗旨。
New - built local university should take ＇ root＇ as base. They should insist on cultivating high - class applied special talents, persist in the principal status of undergraduate education and speciality education, adhere to the dominant degree of traditional predominant subjects, radicate the basic service tenet of serving for the locality.
