摘要
西部地区农村城镇化需要具备交通区位优势、政府认同、国家政策支持和农民思想观念的转变等条件。同时,从西部农村城镇的实际出发,构建城镇化的原动力、驱动力、带动力、核心力、保证力等基本动力机制系统,加速推进西部地区农村城镇化进程。
The western rural urbanization needs traffic advantage of location, government＇s support, impetus of state＇s policy and peasants＂ ideological change. Meanwhile, based on the reality of the western rural urbanization, the basic dynamic mechanism, such as prime mover, impetus, motivating power, core strength, guarantee for urbanization, is constructed to accelerate the process of urbanization in western rural regions.
