摘要
在语用学理论的指导下,通过分析法律语言翻译中的各种语用问题,探讨了法律英语语用翻译中“等效翻译”的具体矛盾,从而揭示出法律语言翻译应当遵循法律语言的文体特征,在翻译中要准确地了解和把握原文的“语境意义”,对原文进行语境、语域、语体以及语用逻辑的分析,同时也要把握好译出语(汉语)表达的法律语言风格,才能使翻译的译文不违背原文的语义宗旨,才能使译文更加体现原文的法律语言精神,起到法律语言应有的法律效应。
Guided with the theories of pragmatics, in the essay the author analyzes the pragmatic problems in legal English translation, studies the contradictions of equivalent translation of legal English language, and reveals that legal English translation should abide by the style of legal language. In translation, we should have an good analysis of context, style, register and its pragmatic logic of original English language, and have a clear idea about the ＂context meaning＂, at the same time, we should understand the Chinese style of legal language. The Chinese version, therefore, can not be twisted the idea used to be and embodied the spirit of legal English with legal effective in the original.
