摘要
利用现代虚拟设计技术对橱柜铰链(也即暗铰链)的杯座进行了建模,从冲压零件的工艺性分析入手对铰链杯座进行了冲压工艺及模具的设计。通过计算确定了杯座毛坯尺寸及拉深的次数,通过对工件工艺性分析,确定了工件的工艺方案。
Make a mold of the cabinet hinge （dark hinge） with the modem virtual designing technology, designed the pressing craft and mold of the hinge cup seat from the angle of craft analysis. Through computing the size of the roughcast and the number of drawing are confirmed. Finally analyzed the craft to the hinge and confirmed the craft project.
