摘要
目的:评价螺旋CT(SCT)对胃癌术前分期的临床价值。方法:回顾手术和病理证实45例胃癌,术前均作CT三期扫描,分析SCT对胃癌病灶的检出率及术前分期的准确率。结果:45例胃癌,SCT病灶检出率为100%,T分期准确率为73%(33/45),N分期准确度53%(24/45),M分期准确度为91%(41/45)。结论:SCT增强扫描对胃癌术前分期有较高的临床价值,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the role of spiral CT in staging gastric carcinoma. Methods Forty five patients all with gastric carcinoma underwent SCT examination. The SCT findings were compared with surgical and pathological results according the TNM criteria. Results The detection rate of gastric carcinoma by SCT is 100%, the accuracy of T staging by SCT is 73% （33/45） ,the accuracy of M staging is 53% （24/45）, the accuracy of N staging by SCT is 91% （41/45）. Conclusion The results reveal that SCT is a valuable method to stage gastric carcinoma.
