摘要
目的 探讨预见性护理程序应用于脑出血的护理效果。方法 将120例脑出血的住院患者随机分为实施预见性护理程序组和常规护理组，对、两组护理方式的效果进行比较研究。结果 常规护理组的平均住院日高于预见性护理程序组（P〈0．05），差异有显著性，并发症发生率和接入院通知至进行各项治疗护理操作开始所用时间，常规组均高于预见性护理程序组（p〈0．01）。结论 实施预见性护理程序后患者更快地接受治疗及护理，减少并发症的发生，对脑出血患者的康复具有重要意义。
