摘要
目的:了解妇产科围手术期抗菌药物应用现状,以进一步指导临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,按病案号抽取2004年2月至11月妇产科手术病例200份,经spss 11.5统计学软件处理,了解妇产科围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况。结果:妇产科围手术期使用的抗菌药物涉及7类23种药物。根据术前、术后应用频率排前10位抗菌药物的DDD与DUI值分析,绝大多数抗菌药物DUI≤1,用药基本合理。人均使用抗菌药物费用1194.45元。结论:应进一步加强围手术期抗菌药物的应用管理,减少不合理用药。
Objective： To realize the circumstances of antibacterials used in perioperation for obstetrics and gynecology and to get a further guidance for rational drug use. Methods： We retrospected 200 cases of surgical patients who were selected from Feb.2004 to Nov.2004 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital. We analyzed them by software of spssll.5. Results： Antibacterials that were used in perioperation for obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital involve 7 classes that consist of 23 kinds of drugs. By analyzing the DDD and DUI of the antibacterials occupying the first 10 places in frequency of use in preoperation and postoperation, and in case of in which DUI most of antibacterials ≤ 1, the drugs were reasonable in use basically. The cost of antibacterials per case was 1 194.45 yuan. Conclusions： The supervision of using antibacterial in perioperation must strengthened and the irrational drug usage should be decreased.
