摘要
阜新地区第二次水资源评价结果与第一次水资源评价相比地表水资源量明显减少,为了搞清这种现象发生的原因,笔者对评价的资料系列进行了深入的分析,发现产生这一结果的主要影响因素有降雨量的时段变化、人类活动影响三个方面。
Compared the result of second water resources appraisal in Fuxin area with the first appraisal one, the surface water resources quantity decreased obviously. In order to make it clear, the thorough analysis to the appraisal material series was made. It was discovered that the result was influenced by three aspects, such as surface runoff, interval change of rainfall, and human activities.
