摘要
重庆市自1997年直辖以来，经济社会加速发展，耕地面积发生了很大的变化。根据1997-2004年耕地变更调查及其它统计数据，研究了重庆市耕地资源特征，分析了重庆市直辖以来耕地面积变化过程及区域差异，并定量分析了重庆市耕地变化和经济发展的关系。结果表明：（1）重庆市人多耕地少，耕地质量差，投入少，生产率不高．后备资源不足。（2）重庆市耕地面积逐渐减少，先缓慢减少，后快速减少。人均耕地面积也有类似的变化趋势。（3）重庆市三大经济区人均GDP增加百元占用耕地面积随经济发展水平的增加而减少，表明人均GDP对耕地的驱动作用和集约用地水平存在区域差异。经济发展水平高的区域，人均GDP对耕地的驱动作用小，集约用地水平高。
Chongqing City became a municipality directly under the central government since 1997, the economy and society accelerates to develop, the cultivated land area has had the very big change . Based on the change investigation data of cultivated land area and other statistical data 1997-2004 in Chongqing City, the cultivated land characteristics and the changing processes of cultivated land and the differences among regions were analyzed. Correlation analysis between cultivated land changes and economic development was conducted. The results showed： （1）In Chongqing City, the population is large and the cultivated land area is small, the quality of cultivated land is low, the input is small ,the productivity is not high and the reserve resources is not enough . （2）The area of cultivated land in Chongqing City was downward spirally with a changing process from slow decrease to quick decrease. The per capita area of cultivated land has similar changing process. （3） The area of cultivated land occupied for the increase of 100 RMB per capita GDP in three economic region of Chongqing City is decreasing with the development of economy . It is revealed that the driving effects of per capita GDP on cultivated land and the level of intensive land--use is different among regions. The driving effect of per capita GDP to cultivated land is low and the level of intensive land-use is high in developed regions.
