摘要
水电为社会提供了一种取之不竭的清洁能源,但是水电站的建立对于流域的生态环境而言是一个严峻的考验。为了有效的预防和解决水电站建成之后所带来的生态环境的负面影响,开展区域生态敏感性研究,了解其空间分布格局,对问题环境的保护和整治工作提供切实可行的依据。以龙滩库区为研究对象,利用QuickBird影像对库区土地利用类型进行人工区划和判读,建立库区土地利用类型数据库。并在此基础之上建立基于ArcGIS地理处理框(Geoprocessing Framework)的空间数据分析模型,通过对库区空间数据的建模,实现统一空间数据库的建立与管理,对库区生态敏感性和生态区划的方法进行研究,为库区的生态保护决策提供依据。
Water power is a continuous and cleanness energy to the society. But a serious problem will bring after the water power plant established. According to the disadvantage infection, carry on the watershed ecological sensitivity study, find out its spatial distributing patterns, provides the advice for environment protection and renovation. Lots of experiments were conducted on delimit and interpretation study on Quickbird in Longtan reservoir, Tian'e county ,Guangxi province. Its land use database was built. And space data analysis model was established based on the ArcGIS Geoprocessing Framework, according to establish unification spatial database management through spatial analysis model, the result of ecology sensitivity and delimitation can provide the basis for ecology protection and decision-making.
