摘要
为了降低在捞油作业中油的漏失率,节约能源,分析了筒式捞油抽子的问题,改进其结构,设计了滑块式捞油抽子。现场应用表明,改进后的捞油抽子密封性好,可消除钢丝绳打扭造成的事故隐患,有效降低捞油漏失率,避免油污染环境,使用寿命长。
In order to decrease swabbing leakage and save energy sources in the swabbing operation, assay the problem of the tube type swab, improvement of the structure and design of the slipper type swab are described in this paper. It was shown that the swabbing leakage is effectively reduced using this swab and introduced a research on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for rotating, avoiding environment pollution and elongate working time.
