症状性椎动脉狭窄临床治疗的现状 被引量：3

摘要 椎基底动脉狭窄是后循环缺血的重要原因之一，目前内科药物治疗包括新型抗血小板药物的应用、他汀类药物降血脂治疗和控制血压、血糖等多种干预措施，与20年前仅使用阿司匹林、双嘧达莫等药物相比有了很大进步；支架成形术由于创伤小、恢复快等特点近年来也被越来越多地用于治疗后循环缺血性疾病。我们回顾了相关文献，现就上述两种目前主要的治疗方法进行综述。
