摘要
叙述了国内外的主要齿轮加工方法,引出常用内齿轮的加工方法,进一步介绍旋压技术在内齿轮中的应用,重点介绍杯形薄壁矩形内齿旋压成形工艺的成形机理,并说明了采用旋压技术来成形杯形薄壁矩形内齿轮是合理可行的。
Based on the review of the common process methods of gear,the spin-forming of the inner meshing gear of cups has been introduced with emphatical analysis of the deformation mechanism for the inner meshing gear of cups. The result indicated that spin-forming was scientific and effective for process of the cup-shaped thin-walled inner gear.
