带凸台的复杂空腔零件多向加载过程金属流动规律研究 被引量:16

摘要 利用有限元分析软件Msc.marc来模拟带凸台的复杂空腔零件的多向加载成形过程。通过分析等效应力图和材料流动速度图,研究金属流动规律,为此类零件的工艺设计提供了有价值的参考依据。 Numerical simulation of the cavum complex parts with the boss muhi-extrusion load forming process has been carried out by the finite element analysis software Msc.marc with analysis of effect stress, material flow rate chart and research of the rule of metal flow, which provided reliable references for the process design of the similar complicated parts.
