The Clinical Application of Digitized X-ray Imaging Technique in Paediatrics

摘要 目的探讨数字化X线成像在儿科的临床应用价值。方法607例行X线摄影的患者,年龄1~4岁,将应用数字化X线机进行投照摄影的患者302例作为实验组,应用普通X线机进行投照摄影的患者305例作为对照组,由放射科诊断医师执行影像质量评定。分别比较两组的X线投照剂量、影像质量评分和直径0.5~2cm病灶的检出率。结果实验组X线投照剂量在小儿胸部是(10.2±2.6)mAs,在小儿腹部是(24.7±4.8)mAs,在小儿四肢骨骼是(5.2±1.6)mAs。对照组X线投照剂量在小儿胸部是(17.0±3.1)mAs,在小儿腹部是(35.5±5.4)mAs,在小儿四肢骨骼是(9.5±2.3)mAs;影像质量评分实验组为830.3±74.1,对照组为569.7±64.5;直径0.5~2cm病灶检出率实验组为30.8%,对照组为12.4%。两组比较,差异均有显著性(P均〈0.01)。结论数字化X线成像能有效地降低X线投照剂量,减少X线辐射量,对儿童期X线防护非常重要,并且极大地提高了X线照片影像质量,提高了病变检出率,在儿科临床方面有其独特优越性及实用价值。 Objective To investigate the applied values of digitized X-ray imaging technique in pediatrics. Methods Three hundred and two sick children who were photographed by digital radiographic device were divided into experiment group, while 305 sick children who were photographed by the conventional radiographical device. The X-ray doses were recorded in each group. The image quality were estimated by the diagnosticians in radiology department. The detection rate of pathological changes whose diameter were from 0.5 cm to 2 cm in each group were calculated and analyzed statistically. Results In experiment group, the X-ray projection doses were (10.2±2.6)mAs in children chest,(24.7±4.8)mAs in children abdomen and (5.2±1.6)mAs in children appendicular skeleton. In control group, the X-ray projection doses were (17.0 ± 3.1) mAs in children chest, (35.5 ± 5.4)mAs in children abdomen and 9.5 ± 2.3 in children appendicular skeleton. There were statistical difference of image quality score (830. 3±74.1 in experiment group vs 569.7±64.5 in control group) and of the detection rate of pathological changes (30.8% in experiment group vs 12.4% in control group) between two groups. Conclusion The digitized X-ray imaging technique may decrease the X-ray projection doses and the quantity of radiation. It can shelter the children from the X-ray radiation and improve the image quality of X-ray greatly. The digitized X-ray imaging technique may increase the detection rate of the pathological changes as well. The digitized X-ray imaging technique has higher applied value in paediatrics.
