摘要
校园绿化是学校对外的一个窗口,是精神面貌的象征。校园绿化管理水平的高低是衡量一所学校形象的重要因素,也是权衡学校品牌的重要指标。笔者通过几年的绿化养护实践,积累了一定的经验。本文主要针对绿化养护过程中的用工制度、工人管理、勤工助学、经费投入、绿化施工过程与后期养护的关系等提出一定的观点。
Making campus green is the window of the school to the outside, a symbol of spiritual appearance.The managing level of making the campus green is an important factor in evaluating an school,and an important standard in balancing the school brand.The writers have accumulated some experiences of practice in the maintenance of making the campus green for several years.This paper maiuly supposes some ideas on the relationship among the employment system, workers management, part-word and part-study system,fund investment,the process of making green and the future maintenance during the maintenance of making the campus green.
