摘要
二战后,西方社会各个方面都发生了重大变化,本文集中阐述其中工人运动的特点及其形成原因。首先明确了工人运动所涉及的基本概念,然后从工会组织结构、改良主义、白领工人、与其他社会运动相结合等几个方面总结出二战后西方工人运动的四个特点,最后提出形成这些特点的四点原因。
After the World War Ⅱ world - shaking changes took place in every aspects of western society. This article concentrates on the characters and causes of labor movement of all the social changes. Firstly, basic concepts about labor movement are defined ; and then we summarize the four characters of labor movement after WW Ⅱ from the trade union organization structure, reformism, white -collar workers, and combination with other social movements; finally, introduce the courses of the four characters.
