摘要
经济社会的发展,城市交通迅猛发展,但是却造成了城市环境的日夜恶化。按照可持续发展的要求,城市交通应当满足城市区域的交通需求,又符合资源环境的客观约束。以交通环境承载力作为定量指标,运用可持续发展理念,建立了城市交通环境承载力的评价指标体系,对城市的交通环境承载力进行了综合评判,并以上海市为例进行了研究,证明了该方法的可行性。
With the development of social economy and the rapid development of urban traffic, the urban environment is worse day by day. According to the requirements of sustainable development, the urban transportation should not only meet the transporting demands of urban area, but also fit the objective restriction of resources and environment. Regarding the traffic environmental bearing capacity as quantitative indicators, using the idea of sustainable development an evaluation indices system of bearing capacity for urban transportation environment was established, a comprehensive judgment on it was provided. At last taking Shanghai as an example the feasibility of the model is proved.
