摘要
城市发展到一定规模必然出现交通拥挤,而交通需求产生的根源在于土地利用,因此从交通的角度去考虑用地规划问题成为一种需要。城市土地适度混合利用的理念已为许多学者和专家所认同,但结合交通的混合用地具体结构还没有一个定量的表述。不同的城市因为有不同的城市规模、经济发展水平、城市布局和人口,应该有不同的用地结构规划。同时,不同的城市内部分区功能或布局不同,也应有不同的用地结构规划。本文尝试从理论上建立模型,从缓解交通拥挤的角度出发,提出一种使得城市区间居民出行量最小的混合用地结构的优化方法。通过模型量化混合用地的结构,满足不同城市和不同分区的差别,充分体现土地利用和交通系统的一体化,使得用地规划更合理科学。
There is a necessary traffic problem when a city develops to a big scale, then travel demands origin from land-use. So it needs to think about land-use plan at the point of traffic. The idea of mixed land-use properly in city has been accepted by many scholars and experts, but there is no quantitative expression about the material mixed land-use structure combining traffic ingredients. Different city has different urban scale, economic level ,urban layout and population, so it should has different land-use plan, meanwhile, different urban interior area has different function and layout, so it should has different one too. Attempted to construct model in theory, a way to get the mixed landuse structure was put forward which makes resident-travelling minimized. Obtaining mixed land-use structure quantificationally by model and combining traffic closely may make land-use and traffic as whole ,and make land-use plan more scientific.
