摘要
针对大型混流式水轮机转轮的上冠和叶片连接处产生疲劳裂纹的问题,提出了一个完整的疲劳强度设计方法。它包括了确定设计载荷谱、有关材料的疲劳特性指标及其影响系数、寿命和安全系数的计算方法等。这一研究成果结束了大型混流式水轮机长期以来所采用的半经验静态设计方法,为水轮机疲劳失效的安全可靠性评估提供了依据.
A comprehensive fatigue design method for avoiding fatigue cracks at the junctures of cover plate and blades of large francis turbine impellers is proposed, which includes the determination of design load spectrum, fatigue characteristic of the material, various factors affecting fatigue strength and ways of calculating life consumption and safety factors ets. The result of this study hereby terminates the long standing methad of se-miempirical and static design of francis turbine and provides a scientific basis for safety and reliability evaluation of impellers against fatigue failure.
