摘要
本文利用产业组织的“SCP”分析框架,考察了香港航空货运业的市场结构和竞争问题。发现香港航空货运业的市场结构总体上属于低度寡占型;航运量、航点及航线竞争都处于有效竞争状态;与国际航空物流枢纽比较发现,香港基地航空公司在本地航空货运市场所占份额相对偏小。文章提出了提高基地公司市场占有率、进一步扩大开放航权、开拓航线网络及增加机场货物处理能力等政策建议。
Based on ＂SCP＂ model, this paper probes the market structure and competence in aircargo of HongKong. The article show that the market structure is elementary oligopoly, and competition in aircargo, air harbour and air line are effective. At last, some proposals are put forward.
