摘要
以生长在特殊环境中(26℃、12h/12h光/暗周期、光强2500lx)的旱稻297二叶一心期幼苗为材料,构建了干旱胁迫诱导表达差减文库。以干旱为处理,而有水状态为对照。通过筛选差减文库,共获得了141个克隆。分析表明,差减文库建立成功。
Using suppression subtractive hybridization ( SSH), a forward suppression subtractive cDNA li- brary of drought - regulated gene was constructed in upland rice 297 ( Oryza sativa) seedlings at 2 - leaf stage, by screening the SSH library. The analysis results showed that the subtracted cDNA library had been constructed successfully.
