摘要
[目的]探讨大面积深度烧伤残余创面的综合护理方法。[方法]2002年1月—2006年5月大面积深度烧伤残余创面44例随机分两组:综合护理组24例,在常规护理措施上加浸浴、红外线照射和生长因子(bFGF及rhEGF)喷洒创面;对照组20例则采用常规护理措施。观察两组残余创面愈合时间及细菌培养情况。[结果]综合护理组和对照组的残余创面平均愈合时间分别为22.0d±5.2d和35.5d±9.4d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间第1周、第2周创面细菌培养阳性例数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理措施可促进大面积深度烧伤残余创面愈合。
Objective:To probe into the comprehensive method of nursing care of large area of deep burn patients with residue wound surface. Method:A total of 44 patients of large area and deep burn with residue wound surface admitted from January of 2002 to May of 2006 were divided into two groups randomly. 24 patients of test group were given immersion bath, infrared radiation of wound surface, and growth factors (bFGF and rhEGF)based on the routine nursing measures. Another 20 patients of control group were just given routine nursing care. Both residue wound surface healing time and bacterial culture of all cases were observed. Resuot: The average residue wound surface healing times of patients in test and control group are 22.0 d ± 5.2 d and 35.5 d ± 9.4 drespectively. Therewasstatisticalsignificantdifferencebetweenthem(P 〈 0.05). In terms of wound surface bacterial culture posive numbers of cases at the first and the second week, there was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing measures may promote the residue wound surface healing of patients with large area and deep burn.
