摘要
中国发展房地产投资信托基金具有可行性,但中国发展房地产投资信托基金缺乏有力的法律保障,缺少对房地产信托的税收激励政策及相应人才的缺乏,在一定程度上妨碍了房地产投资信托基金的发展。因此,健全中国房地产投资信托基金有关法律法规,完善其组织形式并加强管理非常重要。
There is in possession of feasibility to develop real estate investment credit fund in China, but which is lack of powerful law protection and tax incitement policy as well as relevant talent. To some extent, the development of real estate investment credit fund is prevented. As result, it is very important to perfect laws and rules about real estate investment credit fund and to improve the forms of organization.
