摘要
在甲醇分离器后设置淡甲醇回收装置回收醇后气中的甲醇,其回收率达到87.5%,同时大大降低了排入地沟的稀氨水中的甲醇含量,减轻了稀氨水对环境的污染,有较好的经济效益和环境效益。
A recovery unit has been set up after the methanol separator to recover the methanol contained in the gas from the separator for synthesis of ammonia in the co-production of methanol and synthetic ammonia. The recovery rate of methanol came up to 87.5% and the content of methanol in the wastewater discharged into the drainage system was also obviously cut down, resulting in reducing environmental pollution and gaining better economic benefit.
