摘要 由于工艺需要,有时北方冬季也需要供冷。闭式冷却塔是在冷却塔基础上发展起来的新型冷却设备,它可以利用自然冷源在冬季及过渡季供冷,具有较好的节能效果。本文详细阐述了其原理,建立了数学模型,并以实际工程为例,做了闭式冷却塔的初步设计,并将其与目前使用的制冷机组进行了能耗与经济性分析,这对于闭式冷却塔的设计及应用将有一定的参考价值。 Sometimes refrigeration is needed in winter in the noah areas because of the technological requirement. Closed cooling tower is a new style cooling equipment developed from conventional cooling tower. It makes use of natural cold to provide cooling in winter and transitional seasons, producing good effects in energy saving. The theory of closed cooling tower was expatiated and a numerical model of heat and mass transfer was set up in this paper. Then, a elementary design was done based on an actual project, and the energy consumption and economical analysis were made and compared with actuality of using refrigeration equipments. This will make for the design and application of closed cooling tower.
