摘要
水资源是人类赖以生存与发展的重要资源,污水资源作为城市的第二水源将从根本上解决城市水资源匮乏的局面。实现污水资源化,保障水资源可持续利用是保持济南泉城特色,保障和支持城市可持续发展的必然选择和根本途径。本文探析了济南水资源状况和水资源短缺的原因,阐明了污水资源化是实现水资源可持续利用的有效途径,分析了推进城市污水资源化面临的主要问题,提出了实施城市污水资源化可持续发展的对策。
Water resource is without it. The situation of second water resource. For characteristic of the Spring nearly the most important resources because human beings can not live and develop water shortage will be ameliorated in city if the municipal wastewater becomes the the realization of sustainable utilization of water resource and the preservation of the City, wastewater reclamation and reuse will be an effective measure. Not only were the state of water resources and the reason of the water shortage in Jinan introduced in the paper, wastewater reclamation and reuse as a feasible way was also presented. Meanwhile, the main problems of wastewater reclamation and reuse were analyzed, and the countermeasure of wastewater reclamation and reuse was put forward for the sustainable development of water resource.
