摘要
在5%MgSO4溶液的浸泡环境中,采用不同的养护制度,对不同橡胶掺量的砂浆试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能进行了研究,以强度、抗腐蚀系数及重量损失率等为衡量指标,探讨不同橡胶掺量试件在硫酸镁盐溶液侵蚀环境下的力学性能以及耐久性能。实验结果表明,砂浆试件水灰比相同时,掺入橡胶集料会不同程度的降低砂浆试件的抗折、抗压强度。而要与普通砂浆试件达到相同的强度级别,掺入橡胶集料的试件需适当降低水灰比。适量掺入橡胶集料可以提高砂浆试件的抗腐蚀系数,改善其抗腐蚀性能。
Replacing mortar aggregate with rubber-tire particles at different volumes, and curing mortar specimens in 5 % MgS04 solution, the resistance of rubberized mortar to sulfate erosion is investigated, and taking the strength and the anti-corrosion coefficient as measuring indices, the mechanic and durability performances of rubberized mortar in the sulfate aqua are probed. It is showed that adding rubber crumbs into mortar will raise the anti-corrosion coefficient and improve the resistance to chlorine salt corrosion.
