摘要
缝隙连接(GJ)是细胞间通道,是由许多连接蛋白亚型组成的中空通道,它能使相邻的细胞胞质相通,在维持细胞的正常功能中起着重要的作用,其在癫痫的形成和发展过程中也发挥重要的作用。不同的组织表达不同的连接蛋白,连接蛋白亚型基因剔除会影响癫痫动物模型的惊厥发作,缝隙连接的阻滞剂有抗惊厥作用。缝隙连接在癫痫发病机制的作用有待于进一步研究,缝隙连接的特异性抑制剂有可能成为治疗癫痫的新方法,为癫痫的治疗提供新的思路。
Gap junction(GJ)is intercellular channel,which is a cental empty channel made of of many connectin subtype, which resutlts in cytolymph communication among ceils and plays an important role in maintaining cell normal function as well as the genesis and development of epilepsy. Different tissues express different connectin. Gene kncckout of connectin subtype can affect convulsion attack in animal model with epilapsy. Blocker of gap junction has anti-convulsion effect. The effect of gap junction in pathogenesis of epilepsy needs further studying. Specific inhibitor of gap junction will be a new method in treating epilepsy and provide a new ideas for epilepsy therapy.
