摘要
树突状细胞(DC)在维持机体自身免疫耐受中扮演重要角色,DC的改变可能使免疫调节机制受损,打破天然的免疫耐受平衡,导致自身免疫病。此外,DC激活T细胞、B细胞也与自身免疫性疾病的发生密切相关,因此,认为DC是自身免疫性疾病病理通路的枢纽。DC对自身免疫性疾病治疗方面的相关研究从另一角度说明了DC与自身免疫病的密切关系。特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)是血液系统常见的自身免疫病,DC在ITP中的病理作用对其在自身免疫病发病中的作用有重要的说明意义。
Dendritic cell(DC) play an important role in maintaining autoimmunity tolerance. Alterations of DC are likely to be responsible for defective immune regulator mechanisms and/mbalance of nature immune tolerance, which resulting in autoimmue disease, besides, the activating of T ceils and B cells by DC has close relationship with of the occurrence of autoimmue diseases, so, it is considered that DC is the key position in pathological mechanism of autoimmune disease. Moreover related study of DC in autoimune disease therapy show its close relationship with antoimmune diseases from anther view. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) is the common autoimmune disease of hematological system,the role of DCs in ITP illustrates its significance in autoimmue disease.
