摘要
对大麻芯秆硫酸盐浆OHQP中浓少污染漂白工艺进行了初步研究。结果表明,经氧脱木素处理,未漂浆的木素脱出率可达40.2%。随后的次氯酸盐漂白只需3%的有效氯就可以把浆料漂至71.1%ISO。再经酸性条件下EDTA预处理的中浓过氧化氢漂白,可以把浆料进一步漂至85%ISO以上白度。
A preliminary research was carried out for the medium concentration and low pollution OHQP bleaching process of hemp core kraft pulp. The results show that the lignin removal rate of the unbleached pulp can reach 40.2% after the oxygen delignification treatment. Then, the pulp can be bleached to a brightness of 71.1%ISO by merely adding 3% active chlorine in the subsequent stage of hypochlorite bleaching. And then after the medium concentration hydrogen peroxide bleaching with the pretreatment of EDTA under acidic condition, the hemp core kraft pulp can reach a brightness of 85%ISO upwards.
