摘要 目的:探讨alpha B-crystallin基因在人胶质瘤中的表达水平。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测人胶质瘤中alpha B-crystallinmRNA表达情况。结果:不同病理级别人脑胶质瘤组织中alpha B-crystallinmRNA表达均有不同程度下降。结论:Alpha B-crystallin基因表达下调可能与人胶质瘤的发生发展有关。 Objective ：To study the expression and significance of alpha B-crystallin gene in human glioma. Method：Detecting the alpha B-crystallin mRNA expression by RT-PCR. Result：The expression of alpha B-crystallin mRNA was different in different degree of glioma. Conclusion： Downregnlation of alpha B-crystallin mRNA may he concerned with the development of human glioma.
