摘要
科技能力供给的短缺,将迫使区域生产结构服从“短边规则”,保持低水平均衡,这对吉林省科技能力板块进行系统研究提出要求,吉林省科技能力现状及其成长路径的培养和识别将对区域发展起到积极的促进作用。
The lack supply of S＆T capability will force regional production structure to obey ＂rule of short side＂, keep its low - level balance, this requires systematic research on Jilin S＆T capability, and its status and growth path cultivation and identifying will help the regional development.
