环氧树脂型相变微胶囊的制备及其在海藻纤维中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 用液体石蜡作为芯材料,单体乙二胺(EDA)与环氧氯丙烷采用界面聚合合成了粒径约1.0μm的环氧树脂型相变微胶囊,并将其和海藻酸钠共混制备了相变调温海藻纤维.利用生物显微镜观察了相变微胶囊的形貌和海藻纤维的纵面;利用激光粒度分布测试仪表征了相变微胶囊的粒径及粒径分布;利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试了相变微胶囊和海藻纤维的热性能. The liquid paraffin was used as core material, and ethylenediamine (EDA) monomer and epichlorohydrin were used for the interracial copolymn, to prep. epoxide resin phase change microcapsules with diameter of about 1.0 μm. The microcapsules were mixed with sodium alginate to prep. phase change temp.-regulating alginate fibers. The microcapsule morphology and the longitudinal section of the fibers were viewed with optical microscope, the particle size and size distribution were characterized with laser granularity analyzer, and the thermal properties of the microcapsules and the fibers were tested with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
