摘要
目的:学校托幼机构的食品卫生安全,是全社会关注的热点问题。为进一步提高学校食堂食品卫生管理水平,承德市于2005年9月起对全市88个学校食堂进行了食品卫生监督量化评分。从得分结果判断为良好的15所,一般的53所,差的20所。同时对量化分级评审的内容提出了建议。
the problem of food hygiene safety in schools and nurseries is focused on by the whole society. To improve the management of the schools＇ mess hall, the municipal government has supervised the mess halls of the 88 school＇s in Chengde city since Sept. 2005 and given evaluation scores to each school depending on the final results. Judging from the scores, 15 were graded as good,53 average,and 20bad. Suggestions were given on the content of assessment of the graded management.
